MotoFit is a powerful Yaskawa Robot function that uses external force sensing to guide the robot when it comes in contact with an object to perform pressure sensitive applications. These applications include: sanding, polishing, and inserting of pins and gears. It usually requires an additional force sensor to be mounted between the robot and the end of arm tooling. But with the HC series of Human Collaborative task capable robots, the internal force sensors that exist in each robot can be used instead.
