Yaskawa Motoman Software Not Recognizing the Hardware Key

Make sure the hardware key is Yaskawa Motoman’s key. Look on the key for the following numbers SRB02709.
Make sure that the latest hardware key driver is installed.
Use the latest version of Key Utility and make sure your key is set-up to run your software.
Check the date on the MotoLkr.dll located in the folder that the application is running (Usually C:\Program Files\Motoman\ApplicationName).
Check the date of the MotoLkr.dll. If the Motolkr.dll is older than 2/16/2022 then replace it with a newer version. Conversely, you may follow the steps below.
Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
Find the Sentinel System Driver Installer and right click and select Change.
The install will start. Select the Next> button.
If not already selected Select the Modify button.
Select the Parallel Driver. Then Select This feature will be installed on local hard drive.
