Add the following line to the CIO user section.
80013 is the teach mode status bit
81711 is the tool change transition (you need to go 5mm bit)
Below information is for reference. No actions required.
Bit 79810 drives an ADD instruction which writes a 0 (first user message) in register M151 (Registers are 1 word in length and Bin format).
0 is considered a valid logic state for messages and alarms.
When no user message bits are set in bytes 79810 to 79887 then the logic will write a 64 (not a valid user message number) to register M151 so nothing will display.
0100 0000 = Bin 64 so the 6 message selects bits are all clear.
Register M151 gets copied into relay word 79890 all the time (bit 70017 is control power on bit).
The individual bits of word 79890 drive the 6 bits that determine the User message in 0011 1111 = Bin 63.
Add the text the user will see when the message is triggered.
Select the IN/OUT Button from the Main Menu and then press the I/O Message Button.
NOTE:
Logical I/O Message is 0 in CIO, but the physical I/O Message number is a 1.
Edit I/O Message 0001 to read:
