The attached table lists the Full Load Current (FLC), also known as Full Load Amperage (FLA), for the YRC1000 controller with applicable robot models. FLC is calculated using the Robot Average Power Requirement (kVA) and Input Voltage (V).

The power requirement shown in the attached table is the continuous rating value. When the robot is rapidly accelerated, the power capacity of several times the continuous rating value may be needed instantly.
The FLC value shown on the YRC1000 controller nameplate is calculated using 380VAC input voltage. 380VAC is used for the calculation because it results in the highest possible FLC value. The table also includes FLC calculated using 480VAC, the more common input voltage used with the YRC1000 controller.
