AccuFast application WireCrafters fence

For this application, AccuFast is used to discover the following:

1.  Location (lateral and longitudinal) of intersection of the wire intersection over the angle surface
2.  Location (lateral) of the angle 
3.  Detection of the intersection where the longitudinal wire is on top of the lateral wire.  For this application, the longitudinal wire under the lateral was to not be welded.

Part was to vary within 3 or 4 inches from part to part.

Depending on the amount of curvature of the longitudinal wire, steps 1 2, and 3 above could be repeated for every intersection or, instead, every 3rd or 4th intersection (using each shift amount for adjacent intersections).

Both traditional search and continuous (NSRCH) could be used for this application.
