Alarm 5011 - Transmission Error(ACP02) [0000_0111]
The laser tracking function cannot communicate with the laser sensor controller.
- Is laser sensor controller power on?
- Check Ethernet Connection
- Check IP address (PC software of the laser sensor) matches the value set in the laser tracking parameters (S5E160-163 / S6E160-163)
- Check Port #. Check the S5E or S6E parameters: if Servo-Robot sensor, S5E164 or S6E164 = 6344. If other vendor, = 5022.
- Can you ping the sensor?
- Network Utility > PING … TIME OUT = No Good communication
- From Network Hub (connected to both laser sensor and to LAN port of YRC1000 controller), ping both LAN port and laser sensor controller from a PC
Alarm 5053 Laser Tracking Process Error [12]
Incorrect setting of Tool # used for seam tracking. During setup, a Tool # (typically Tool #0) was used for laser sensor calibration. Successful execution of this calibration defined a Laser Sensor Calibration File, with the same number used in the Tool # (so if Tool#4 was used, a Laser Sensor Calibration File #4 was defined). You now need to program the job with laser tracking motion using this same Tool #.
Alarm 5053 Laser Tracking Process Error [40]
Incorrect Laser Tracking File #. In the Laser-Tracking-ON, Laser-Search and Laser-End-Search macro instructions you must set the Laser Tracking File #, with valid value between 1-40.
Alarm 5054 Laser Sensor Error [4294967288]
Incorrect Task # … Task File # does not exist on laser sensor controller. You either need to change the Task # being set inside the Laser Tracking File to a valid Task #, or you need to create a Laser Sensor File # that matches the Task # you are attempting to set in the Laser Tracking File.
