MotoSim EG-VRC Reboot Function Operation

MotoSim EG-VRC version 2023 introduced a cell reboot function.  The reboot function can be found by clicking the MotoSim EG-VRC button located at the top left of the MotoSim EG-VRC application.  If the cell has stop working or is hung up, this button will shut down the cell and restart it.

There is a bug in this function. In order for the reboot to occur, the cell that you are trying to reboot must have been created in the same operating system that you are currently running MotoSimEG-VRC in. For example, a cell created in Windows 10 will not reboot if you are running Windows 11 and vice versa.
