• Gap=0mm
• 0.047" 4043 wire

Welding Details:

• CMT mode
• Travel speed= 65 cm/min
• WFS= 4.3-6.5m/min
• Synchropulse=(3.2Hz, 60ipm deltaFeed)

Additional Notes

1.) Choosing PMC would provide satisfactory weld results, but CMT offers superior surface condition (more TIG-like).
