Before Installation:
If you received Robot Health Checker in a zip file, verify that files are not blocked before unzipping it. You can do this by right clicking the zip file and checking the “Unblock” check box at the bottom if it exists.
- Run RobotHealthCheckerSetup.exe
- Select Initial Setup on wizard
- Follow the wizard to add data collectors and set up controllers.
- Note: The main text box should guide you through adding data collectors and attaching them to controllers, so you will have to switch back and forth between the Robot Health Checker wizard and the Web App while you are setting everything up.
- If you miss a step of the setup, the wizard will highlight the missing part(s) in red.

After correcting these issues, you can hit “Reconfirm” and the wizard will recheck to see if anything else is missing.
- Note: The main text box should guide you through adding data collectors and attaching them to controllers, so you will have to switch back and forth between the Robot Health Checker wizard and the Web App while you are setting everything up.

After adding data collectors, the wizard will ask you to add the DW Addons. These files are located at in the Robot Health Checker folder under App\DW.
- After the wizard finishes, open Robot Diagnosis Application and go to Initial Settings and check the box at the bottom to “Automatically start all sequences” (Factory should be empty).
- NOTE: If Robot Diagnosis Application starts in Japanese, the first menu item on the top right menu is initial settings and the first dropdown is the language selection. Select the first option.
