If status is yellow, click START button to restart any closed tabs. For more information on which applications are closed, you can press CTRL+ALT+P to see a detailed list of applications.
Check to see if cockpit is working properly. If not, go to the next step.
Check RMS
Open the RMS application and verify that controllers are checked and connected.
If a controller is unchecked, check the controller and click “Reload”
If a controller says “Disconnect” continue to the next step.
If all controllers are checked and connected, continue to step 4.
Verify You Can Ping Controller(s)
On the computer click the Start menu and type cmd to open a Command Prompt dialog box.
Type (without quotation marks) “ping 192.168.1.1” replacing 192.168.1.1 with the IP address of a controller on your system.
You should see the following:
If you do not, check your connection. If your connection is ok, go to the next step.
Check RobotDC
Open the RobotDC application and verify the status beside the controller is connected.
Make sure the “Start Measurement” is selected at the bottom (should be gray).
Email Log Files
If you are still experiencing issues navigate to “C:\Program Files\YASKAWA\YASKAWA Cockpit\APData” and zip up the log folder.
