How to Setup Email Notifications for Yaskawa Cockpit

Using an ethernet cable connect the Yaskawa Cockpit machine to your outgoing email server.
Set Outgoing Email Server Information
Open WebApp by opening a web browser and navigating to localhost:8080/YCPApp
Go to SETTINGS > Initial Settings > Email.
Enter host name, port, and email address in from field
Click Update to Save
Set Email Address for Alert Emails
Go to SETTINGS > Initial Settings > User and click the pencil beside your user information to modify the listing
Enter email address under Email field if not currently in there
Click Update to save the data.
Set Alarm Settings
Go to SETTINGS > Initial Settings > Alarm and click the “Enable Notification” check box. This checkbox enables/disables alarms for any checked controllers.
Below check the box for any controllers you want to receive alarms for. NOTE: If setting up alarms for other users, you will need to login for each user to set up notifications)
Click Update to save.
Test Alarms
Create a job that generates a user alarm and run the job in Remote Mode.
You should see the alarm on the Yaskawa Cockpit dashboard, and an email should be sent momentarily (depending on email server timing)
