Background

If alarm 0300 occurs on a YRC1000 it may be difficult to determine the cause. 

History

In our building we found the issue was caused by duplication of the same IP address on the network.  In particular:

• YRC1000 @ 192.168.1.31
• Other Device @ 192.168.1.31

Troubleshooting / Resolution

Diagnosing the alarm can be quick - disconnect all network cables to LAN2 and LAN3 and cycle power.  If that resolves the problem, then you can change the IP address on one or more devices as necessary.
