4676 Broken Fan Fuse Alarm

The 4676 Broken Fan Fuse alarm [1]  will only occur during play mode start and
interlock/test start. If you do not perform these functions then the alarm will not occur.

If you run into this after an initialization on a DX100 or DX200 standalone controller and have re-entered
the correct S2C parameters then please follow this procedure to get rid of the alarm.

1) Verify that S2C 786 is set to a 2
2) Verify that S2C 789 is set to a 1
3) Verify that S2C 813 is set to a 1
4) Reset the alarm on the pendant.
5) Cycle power to the controller.
6) Reset the alarm again but notice that the alarm is now changed from a [1] to a [0].
7) Verify there is no ground fault or short circuit in the fan power line.
