Alarm 4336-Open Phase Converter DX100 DX200

The alarm 4336-Open Phase Converter occurs when there is an open phase in the converter input power. This is typically caused by a blown fuse at QS1 or QS2. It could also be caused by the incoming voltage to the controller being outside the acceptable range of +10% to -15%.

Always check the incoming voltage to the main disconnect and the fuses first.
