Alarm 4969 on the DX100 and DX200 controllers means there is a frequency error in the primary input power to the controller. The sub code signifies the axis in which the alarm occurred.
This is typically due to a blown fuse located at QS1 or QS2 on the DX series controllers. This alarm could also be the result of the incoming voltage being outside of the acceptable range. Always check the fuses first and verify incoming voltage is within +10% to -15%.
