YRC1000 Safety Network TUN ID Reset Status Bit

Starting in YRC1000 software version YAS 5.60.00 there is a new software bit available to monitor the status of EtherNet/IP Safe and DeviceNet Safety networks.

The controller software is improved to turn on a dedicated output signal (#51283) when the TUN ID is cleared. 

This can be mapped for features like:

• USER MESSAGE
• USER ALARM
• Concurrent I/O Ladder and PLC Map

Using this bit allows the controls engineer to monitor the network status.  When the bit is ON, the safety network is no longer usable.  It will help diagnose the problem.

This bit may be cleared by hardware exchange, PLC configuration change, PLC hardware change, or various other events.
