Reset YNX1000 RCM Network Settings to Default

The following guide describes how to reset the RCU to the default network on the YNX1000. Note that this does not reset the ACU network settings or the pendant network settings.

At some point during development, you may mistype or forget the IP address or subnet, resulting in failure to connect via the pendant or the ACU.

1. Power off the controller, cut power, make sure that the energy is dissipated, and follow lockout tagout procedures.
2. Open the controller cabinet
3. Locate the DIP switches on the Robot Control Module (JAYRM-RCX001) (see images below).

4. Flip the DIP switches on the Robot Control Module (JAYRM-RCX001) as follows
   1. D0 OFF (to the left)
   2. D1 ON (to the right
   3. D2 OFF (to the left)
5. Safely restore power to the controller and turn it on
6. Wait for controller to finish powering on
7. Cut power, make sure that the energy is dissipated, and follow lockout tagout procedures.
8. Flip D0, D1, and D2 all OFF (to the left)
9. Safely restore power to the controller and turn it on

At this point, the network configuration should match the table below.
