Setup CP1616 as iDevice with ProfiSAFE and YRC1000

This guide is useful to guide the configuration and setup of TIA Portal version 15.1 update 2 to configure the CP1616 Profinet board to be used as a PROFIsafe slave to a upper level Siemens PLC.  The guide shows settings and notes for TIA portal and how to generate the GSD/GSDML file.
